As well as training students in classic techniques, such as roasting, brewing, milk frothing and Latte art, our team have their fingers on the coffee pulse and love teaching the latest trends. Rainbow Cappuccino anyone?
Our courses are technical, scientific and creative. We think that nothing beats hands-on practice, so devote a large part of each course to letting students perfect their skill.
We are very conscious of our environmental impact and do our best to treat the earth kindly. As well as recycling our coffee grounds into compost, we have decided to go one step further and become totally plastic free. This means no plastic packaging, cups or straws. Also, we mainly use certified organic coffees during our courses (or really good coffees from high altitudes which simply don’t have the certification).
