Bio

Studio Romolo is lead by acclaimed artist and master sculptor, Romolo Del Deo. His teaching methods have received the Harvard-Danforth Award for Excellence in Education and the President's Award for Contributions to the Arts at Harvard University. The artwork of Romolo Del Deo is exhibited in public monuments, museums and galleries internationally and has received major awards and prizes, including the New York Foundation for the Arts, The Henry Moore Foundation, INHA France, The Florence Biennale De Medici Gold Medal, Italy and the David McCord Prize for Creativity. Most recently, Romolo Del Deo was the sole representative of the USA to the G7 of Art and Honoree Exhibitor at the Florence Biennale. Romolo Del Deo is a leading proponent of “Arte Lunga” the Long Art Movement.
