Hi! We are Satvika

Satvika is an experienced yoga teacher. She loves welcoming people to her Yoga Ashram to share her knowledge and passion, and that of her guest facilitators.
She based the practice of Yoga in breathing, alignments, Surya Namaskar, asanas and relaxation.

Bio

she offers regular Hatha Yoga classes in different parts of Ibiza & India, private Yoga classes, daily meditations (sitting or active techniques), Yoga & Meditation retreats at Ashram Ibiza and in India, where she assists students in deepening their practice, focusing their energies towards growing awareness for their lives, in order to discover their true nature.

Guided by her Master Samdarshi in this path.
