Drops of yoga is a mobile Yin Yoga studio run by Hester and Ilse. We organise down-to-earth Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes for everyone in Amsterdam: companies, private classes or other set ups.

We are very excited to announce our newest event: Move to art! June 12th!
A workshop where we combine movement and art.
You don't need to be an artist to create. Neither a flexible yogi to move.
We will create freely without expectations, inspired by yogaposes and move just because the fun of it!

Requirements
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the workshop
Description
Date: 12th of June 2021. From 14:00h to 16:30h.
We will start with a short yoga sequence and playful movement, to connect with and loosen up the body.
Followed by an art class, ending the day with a short meditation.
The class will be guided by Hester who works as an art and yin yoga teacher.
You will learn how to create with charcoal, ink and watercolour.
Going home with your own unique piece of art!
No experience needed in making art and yoga. Beginners are more than welcome!
